SOC 372 - Sociology of Masculinity This course will examine developments in the burgeoning area of masculinities as a dynamic social process, exploring non-biological aspects of gender, and introduce students to empirical evidence of elements of gender as a learned social performance. It will familiarize students with issues concerning men and masculinities from a global, life-course perspective. Prerequisites: 8 HRS SOC INCL 101
Credit Hours: 4 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
