Major code AA5201
Ohio University–Chillicothe and Ohio University–Southern offer a two-year program leading to an Associate in Applied Science with a major in human services technology. Previous graduates have obtained employment in the fields of mental health, social services, child care, corrections, chemical dependency counseling, and other human service-related areas.

Technical Requirements: 47-49 hours
Complete 10-12 hours of HST electives or approved technical electives, as well as the following courses: Support Course Requirements: 23–26 hours
Complete 3-5 hours of Social Science electives, one COMS elective (4 hours), one POLS elective (4-5 hours), as well as the following: One course from the following:
One course from the following:
General Requirements: 26–29 hours
Complete a Tier I freshman composition course, a Tier I quantitative skills course, 4-5 hours of electives (MATH 101 developmental course if needed), and the following: One course from the following:
