VICO 3310 - Multimedia Production for Visual Communication
Editing and production of audio, video, and multi-format visual storytelling content in a journalistic environment. Students are introduced to the industry standard software and workflow techniques.
Requisites: C or better in VICO 1000 and 2161 or 2392
Credit Hours: 3
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.

Learning Outcomes: - Students will be able to describe and apply journalism industry multimedia standards and ethics.
- Students will be able to apply appropriate workflow techniques to the production of multimedia stories.
- Students will be able to use appropriate software and hardware to create multimedia stories.
- Students will be able to articulate story arch and content needs for producing a multimedia story meeting industry standards.
- Students will be able to construct publishable visually-driven multimedia stories.
