CFS 3700X - The Business of Aging This course explores the intersection of the health and aging services industry and the older adult population, with specific attention paid to how older adults experience and influence various mechanisms of commerce. Among the topics addressed are the impact of demographic trends, globalism, and diversity on the aging experience and how these phenomena influence various business activities such as product development, advertising, and workforce development. Topics are explored from the perspectives of multiple stakeholders, including consumers, caregivers, employers, product designers, community service providers, and policy makers.
