RHT 2420 - Accounting Principles for Hospitality Operations


Examination and application of managerial and financial accounting principles for the hospitality operations.

Requisites: MATH 1200 or higher or Math Placement Level 1 or higher
Credit Hours: 3
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.

Learning Outcomes:
  • Students will be able to calculate labor and employee cost benefits within the hospitality operation.
