DANC 2210 - Modern Dance Technique III
Development of basic technical skills for modern dance. More complex coordinations, which add more spatial and dynamic considerations.
Requisites: DANC 1211
Credit Hours: 2
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.

Learning Outcomes: - Students will develop and maintain an individual voice, movement vocabulary and movement style while demonstrating the above outcome goals.
- Students will learn to reproduce more complex coordination, rhythms, spatial concepts, and dynamic ranges with clarity, attention to detail, correct anatomical alignment line, and an understanding of the mechanical underpinnings of movement.
- Students will understand and demonstrate professional work habits including out of class practice of flexibility, strength, and coordination concepts crucial to individual student’s requirements.
