LPA 4840 - Management Skills for Public Administration Designed to introduce students to management and leadership skills needed for success in public administration.

- By the end of this course students will be able to identify ways in which organizational and group behavior effects and is affected by individual values and culture.
- By the end of this course students will be able to think critically about how essential skills are used in practical situations.
- By the end of this course students will be familiar with and create a toolbox of practitioner and academic resources to stay current with essential skills and management trends.
