CHEM 4850 - Introduction to Toxicology

Introduction to chemical, clinical, environmental, and forensic aspects of toxicology, types of poisions, how poisons act, treatment of acute poisoning, and control of poisonous materials.

Requisites: C- or better in (CHEM 4890 or 4901)
Credit Hours: 3.0
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
Lecture/Lab Hours: 3.0 lecture
