PT 8330 - Planning and Implementing a Physical Therapy Service

Provides basic knowledge and skills needed to plan and implement a physical therapy service. Topics include organizational theory and design, as well as planning for space, risk management, personnel, budget needs, and legal issues related to managing a PT service.
