CE 4190Z - Project Development, Contracts, and Law Provides students with the fundamentals of construction law and contracts. Topics covered include: types of construction contracts, contract changes, claim, liability, and dispute resolution. Aspects of construction administration including project funding, project cash flow, accounting systems, depreciation, and analysis of financial statements.
