CHE 4840 - Applied Immunology The purpose is to expose students to concepts underlying a variety of techniques used in the broad field of immunology. Lectures will present the fundamentals of current immunological techniques, with particular emphasis in the antibody: antigen interaction. The advantages and disadvantages of different methodologies will be discussed. Students will be asked to design protocols and to read specific scientific papers that highlight the relevance of various immunological techniques.
