MUS 2030 - Dictation and Sight Singing III Skills in dictation and sight singing leading to aural perception commensurate with professional level musicianship. Should be taken concurrently with MUS 2010.

- Dictation of rhythmic examples involving syncopation in simple and compound meters.
- Dictation of tonal melodies of one or two phrases involving some chromaticism.
- Sight singing of examples involving the above melodic, rhythmic, and harmonic features.
