AT 6222 - Statistics for Advanced Athletic Training Practice I Covers fundamental statistical techniques and data analytical approaches related to research methods in the health sciences. Knowledge from this course will assist the student in completing the capstone project relevant to their track.

- Students will be able to explain the fundamental statistical techniques and data analytical approaches that are commonly used in applied research to inform athletic training decision making
- Students will be able to conduct and interpret the findings of such statistical analyses as t-tests, analysis of variance, correlations, linear regression analyses, and chi-square tests within the context of athletic training
- Students will be able to describe results of research reports published in professional journals within the context of athletic training
