PSY 7630 - Context Analysis Introduces students to the theories and methods for analyzing contexts (e.g. environments, situations) for the purpose of selection, training, design, or diagnosis of individuals in these contexts. Methods of organizational, job, and task analysis will be emphasized.

- Describe the taxonomies of context used in work settings.
- Discuss types of interactional models used in I/O psychology.
- Evaluate and critique current literature related to context and environment.
