Learning Outcomes:
- Articulate and evaluate the major concepts and theories in the field.
- Evaluate validity and relevance of current I/O research published in the major psychology and management journals.
- Explain to others what I/O psychologists do in industry, academics, and government.
- Recall the methods I/O psychologists use to deal with recurring issues in the work place like training, selection, promotion, performance, motivation, turnover, and interactions among people in organizations.
