EDCP 7250 - Advanced College Student Development: Theories and Research Human development theories applied to diverse college populations. This will include study of foundational and recent theories of college student development. Recent theories emphasize the experiences and development of diverse student populations.
Requisites: Credit Hours: 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May not be retaken. Lecture/Lab Hours: 1.0 lecture, 2.0 seminar Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,CR,PR,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Capacity to interpret student behavior and learning using student development theories.
- Develop educational interventions for particular students and student populations.
- Understand foundational and recent theories of college student development.
