RHT 3890 - Career Development for Hospitality and Tourism Professionals


This course serves as an opportunity for in-depth study of career opportunities and job responsibilities in the hospitality and tourism industry. Ongoing professional development activities such as certifications, workshops, and conferences in the profession are addressed. Leadership characteristics and role models are analyzed. Trends and best practices in preparation of industry leaders are also examined.

Requisites: RHT 1100
Credit Hours: 3
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
