REAL 2210 - Real Estate–Special Topics Special topics in real estate. Areas addressed could include professionalism, ethics, salesmanship, human relations, or F.H.A. and V.A. financing. Real estate office, advertising, building construction and materials, current issues, and problems facing real estate professional may also be considered.
Requisites: REAL 2040 Credit Hours: 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May be repeated for a maximum of 6.0 hours. Lecture/Lab Hours: 3.0 lecture Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Students will be able to identify and discuss current ethical issues in real estate.
