  • Students will be able to apply core marketing principles to the field of hospitality and tourism.
  • Students will be able to demonstrate how the various functions in a hospitality or tourism organization fit in with the marketing function.
  • Students will be able to gain experience in assessing and developing a strategic marketing plan for a hospitality or tourism organization.
  • Students will be able to assess how marketing activities interact in the development of marketing strategy.
