Learning Outcomes:
  • Demonstrate basic recipe extension and recipe costing.
  • Develop and understanding of proper care of equipment, safety and food sanitation.
  • Identify and utilize various foods and forms of food to produce recipes.
  • Understand and demonstrate the methods of food preparation and retention of desirable food characteristics.
