EDTE 6931 - Methods for Teaching Earth/Life/ and Physical Science Study and critique of science curriculum resources, goals, and methodologies for teaching; preparation of inquiry-based lessons and units; uses of technology in science instruction; Studies of the contextual content of science such as the nature of science and the relationship between science technology and society; science safety, studied and practiced. Reflection on teaching and completion of a scientific investigation project.

- Candidates will have an understanding of the contextual content of science such as the nature of science and the relationship between science technology and society.
- Canditates will be able to prepare inquiry-based lessons and units.
