EDTE 5420 - Seminar in Science Education Provides elementary and secondary school teachers with a variety of techniques that enable them to integrate new concepts of science education into their teaching, such as environmental education, population education, energy conservation, world hunger, food problems, outdoor biology, etc.
Requisites: Credit Hours: 1 - 3 Repeat/Retake Information: May be repeated for a maximum of 6.0 hours. Lecture/Lab Hours: 3.0 seminar Grades: Eligible Grades: A-F,CR,PR,WP,WF,WN,FN,AU,I Learning Outcomes: - Students will learn a variety of techniques that enable them to integrate new concepts of science education into their teaching, such as environmental education, population education, energy conservation, world hunger, food problems, etc.
