EDHE 7915 - International Service-Learning
Short-term, international, service-learning based, designed to give students advanced understanding of service-learning pedagogy and practice in a developing world context.
Requisites:
Credit Hours: 3
Repeat/Retake Information: May not be retaken.
Lecture/Lab Hours: 1.5 field experience/internship, 1.0 discussion, 0.5 lecture

Learning Outcomes:
- Gain tools to lead international and domestic service-learning programs.
- Understand and apply different theoretical frameworks of service-learning practice.
- Understand the application of service-learning pedagogy and practice to short-term, international courses.
- Understand the role of service-learning in developing world community development.
