Learning Outcomes:
  • Students will learn the theories of the prominent philosophers of the 17th and 18th centuries. Rationalists: Descartes, Spinoza, and Leibniz. Empiricists: Locke, Berkeley and Hume. Students will be able to compare, contrast, and critically evaluate them.
