Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this course students will be able to identify and understand essential management skills of effective Public Administrators.
By the end of this course students will be able to identify ways in which organizational and group behavior effects and is affected by individual values and culture.
By the end of this course students will be able to think critically about how essential skills are used in practical situations.
By the end of this course students will be familiar with and create a toolbox of practitioner and academic resources to stay current with essential skills and management trends.
