MBA 6915 - Integrated Strategy Project


The course provides students a complete picture of the strategy of a company integrating knowledge gained in the areas of Strategy, Marketing, Finance and Information Systems. Students apply classroom learning by conducting a situation analysis on the industry and company where they work, analyzing and offering insights on their company’s branding and marketing strategies, analyzing financial ratios, seeking new technology applications and offering overall insights into the strategies of functional areas within the company. Accordingly, the course deals with discussing the role of strategy within companies and its impact on informing and guiding important decisions such as resource acquisition, allocation and deployment. Projects are based on real-world situations so that students practice applying tools and frameworks in their own decision-making processes.

Requisites: Admission to COB graduate or certificate program.
