An exploration of the concepts and concerns that have shaped American higher education. Content includes key events, individuals, and institutions that have shaped the promise of access and excellence in post-secondary education.

Learning Outcomes:
  • Students will gain a basic understanding of the key philosophical concepts that have shaped American higher education.
