  • Students will have a solid understanding of electrical engineering applicable to sensor technology.
  • Students will have a solid understanding of optical science and be able to apply photoelastic method.
  • Students will learn basics of elasticity theory.
  • Students will understand how strain gages work and how they can be applied in engineering.
