CLAS 2110 - Greek and Latin Roots in Biomedical Terminology Develops the linguistic skills that improves one’s ability to acquire, retain, and comprehend the biomedical terms that derive from Greek and Latin roots. Overview of ancient medicine helps to set the origins of many of these terms in their social and intellectual context. Provides an introduction to basic research tools in biomedical sciences.
