CLAS 255 - Pagan to Christian in Late Antiquity An interdisciplinary approach to the dramatic changes that occur in ways of looking at the individual and his place in the world during the 4th through 6th centuries of our era as paganism is replaced by Christianity as the dominant religious view. Geographical foci are Rome and Constantinople. Sources are textual, artistic, and archaeological.
Credit Hours: 4 General Education Code: 2HL Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken an unlimited number of times, but only last course taken counts. Note: Effective Summer Quarter 2010-11 (June 2011) any non-repeatable course may be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
