BIOS 222 - Microbes and Humans, Laboratory

Characteristics and activities of microbes of special relevance to humans welfare, and those affecting maintenance of environmental and food quality. Special topics include human immune cells and food production by microorganisms. 4 lab.

Prerequisites: BIOS 221 OR CONCURRENT
