RSAT 308 - Pharmacology and Athletic Training Education

Examines pharmocological issues related to the field of athletic training. Issues include the use of the Physician’s Desk Reference (PDR), documentation and tracking medications, identifying and administering medications, and handling overdose and poisoning situations. 3 lec.
Prerequisites: RSAT 225 & 280C

Credit Hours: 3
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
