Islamic Studies Certificate Program

The Certificate in Islamic Studies will enable undergraduate students to gain knowledge of the Islamic religion and the diverse cultures and societies it has influenced. |
Certificate Requirements
Complete 24 hours, including the following two required courses and at least eight hours from each of the departments listed: History
Complete eight hours in one of the three following regional categories: Other Disciplines
In consultation with advisor complete eight hours from one or two of the disciplinary categories listed below: Sociology and Anthropology
Languages
Complete two years from the following languages. Other languages may qualify with departmental approval. |
