ETM 4320 - Lean Enterprise Methods In today’s world, organizations compete in a global market place. In order to compete successfully, organizations must eliminate all forms of waste from their process, through continuous improvement processes. Lean enterprise principles provide methods to achieve these goals. Lean operational approaches provide an organization with a set of methods and tools to assist in the identification and then continuous eliminations of waste and enterprise improvements.
