COMS 421 - Instructional Training and Development in Communication

Provides upper-level undergraduates with an opportunity to learn how to design instructional training programs beginning with the needs assessment and continuing through the evaluation phase. Combination of lecture/discussion and student presentations.
Prerequisites: COMS 234 OR C OR BETTER IN 235

Credit Hours: 4
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
