GEOL 350 - Stratigraphy-Sedimentology

Introduction to principles of stratigraphy and sedimentation. Interpretation of depositional environments and their relation to plate tectonic setting. 3 lec, 2 lab.

Prerequisites: (GEOL 255 OR CONCUR) & 320
Credit Hours: 4
Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken an unlimited number of times, but only last course taken counts. Note: Effective Summer Quarter 2010-11 (June 2011) any non-repeatable course may be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
