FIN 420 - Financial Banking Law Designed for students seeking to understand the law and policy of banking and financial institutions (bank, thrift, and credit union). Emphasizes economic, historical, and legal background of financial institutions; the financial institution regulatory process; and consumer laws.
Prerequisites: JR OR SR Credit Hours: 4 Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken three times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts. Note: Effective Summer Quarter 2010-11 (June 2011) any non-repeatable course may be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
