A ST 303 - Management Concepts and Practices II

Continued development and synthesis of concepts learned in 301 and 302. Use of movies as case studies for concepts regarding counseling/supervisory techniques. Introduction to UCMJ and military discipline tools. Emphasis on basic writing and briefing techniques; counseling fundamentals of the Air Force officer and the officer promotion system are also reviewed.
Prerequisites: A ST 302

Repeat/Retake Information: May be retaken one time excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
