MATH 670A - Complex Analysis


Analytic functions, multivalued analytic functions, power series, complex integration, Cauchy integral theorem, its extensions and consequences. Residue theorem, Taylor and Laurent expansions, max-modulus principle and its generalizations, elementary conformal mapping, conformal representations, Riemann surfaces, Weierstrass and Mittag-Leffler's factorization theorems, simple periodic functions, simple properties of elliptic functions. Dirichlet problem.
